$ date jeudi 3 août 2017, 15:34:59 (UTC+0200) $ curl -s -i --compressed https://firefox.settings.services.mozilla.com/v1/buckets/monitor/collections/changes/records | grep '^Date: ' Date: Thu, 03 Aug 2017 13:05:28 GMT Can't reproduce right now.
I tried today and the date is 9hours off: $ curl -s -i --compressed https://firefox.settings.services.mozilla.com/v1/buckets/monitor/collections/changes/records | grep '^Date: ' Date: Tue, 05 Sep 2017 23:39:52 GMT
