The browser window is totally blank except the title bar. If I start the 
browser from mail i get the menu tiltles to, but they aren't clickable. HTML-
mail  renders in mail though.

Steps to Reproduce:

This problem started with the nightly build 10-15 days ago.

Confirmed for the mozilla nightly dd. Apr. 7 (sorry, I couldn't generate more user agent info) on 
Win 2000. Mozilla shows a totally blank window on a clean, new profile ("default user") and also on 
profiles from previous builds (last week). Same for mailnews : here I have a three-pane empty 
window. This is a big fat blocker ...

This is a known issue.
Uninstall, then reinstall to get Mozilla back.
