In the "Manage Bookmarks..." window, filed bookmarks and folders cannot be moved
with left mouse button. This works perfectly with Mozilla for Windows but not
with Mozilla for OS/2. Similarly, cut and paste does not work under OS/2.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open "Bookmarks"
2. Open "Manage Bookmarks..."
3. Click with left mouse button on bookmark or folder
4. Try to move bookmark up or down - does not work
Actual Results: bookmarks won't move
Expected Results: bookmarks should be placed as desired

Cut and paste problems are XP.
Already have a bug for drag/drop not working.
