An idea mentioned by :davehunt in the Automationeers meeting: Possibly we could also consider a test job's duration as a factor in SETA job prioritization. Something to consider in future SETA evolution.

good idea- we already query the database, I think we could figure this out. For the original design we chose an option to 'catch all regressions'. I think there is flexibility there where we can say 'catch 80% of the regressions in the last 90 days' and prioritize removing jobs with higher runtimes. Again, this changes often for chunked jobs, so 'run by manifest' would be ideal here!
