Once bug 1343855 lands, we should enable using enums for referring to keys when accumulating in keyed histograms. See bug 1343855 comment 17 for context.

In bug 1451288, we're relaxing the constraint of having c++ friendly key names for keys defined at build time. We can revisit/re-open this if we'll ever need such an optimization.
