Hello

I am not able to scroll using my mouse wheel through this page. There is a
scrollable list in the page which takes all the focus of mouse scroll wheel.
Same issue with this form page I am filling out. The "Component" list takes all
focus of mouse wheel !

Also your bug reporting page is not mouse "scroll"able ! i.e.:

I am able to scroll with my keyboard.

I just downloaded and installed mozilla. It looks good till now :)
