Details
This is on latest commercial debug build.
1) Launch one profile and set turbo on.
2) Launch second profile - see two Netscp6.exe in the task manager.
Expected - should see only one Netscp6.exe in the task manager. Moving mouse
over turbo icon makes the icon disappear (system tray)
