This is part of the Quantum Release Criteria.  We need to extract as much perf out of Gecko as possible here.  Jet, can you please find people to look at the test case and profile and make the reflows faster here?  Any milliseconds shaved matters!

This one also needs an owner, although we may want to have the same person look at bug 1357621 and this and other amazon.com issues.

bug 1308876 probably helped here, given that it gave us a 4%-5% win on the quantum_pageload_amazon measurement, per bug 1308876 comment 60 (and bug 1308876 comment 50).

Yeah, I'm not really seeing anything actionable here at this point. But between bug 1308876 and stylo, I believe we've seen some significant improvements on pages like this, so I'm going to call this WFM.
