User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:53.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/53.0 Build ID: 20170504105526 Steps to reproduce: attempt to login on any webpage that uses an activeidentity PIV card (US Gov) fail Actual results: It attempts to connect indefinitly and sounds error if you click on page, other tab or try to close browser. If you kill the FF process (task manager) it then calls up the actividentity PIV code request. The system works IF you manually login to the Active Identitiy PKCS security device #11 (in options) prior to attempting any PIV card related login. Each time FF opens, the device defaults to logged out status and must be relogged in. Expected results: A PIV ID request box should come up
