Steps to reproduce:

1. Opened five a tabs
2. Switch to another tab
3. Observe results


Actual results:

1. Opened five tabs
2. Switched to desired tab - graphical rendering issue
3. Mouse over bugged tab - issue resolves for that tab
4. Mouse over new tab button - issue resolves for the button
5. Mouse over 'minimise maximise close' (any) - problem resolves entirely (if this was moused over first, everything resolves itself)

Further notes:
*Graphical rendering issue on the tab row upon switching tab.*
Tab switching works fine (doesn't feel slow, no artifacts on new page), it is only a graphical bug.

IMHO, it's due to outdated Intel drivers, could you update them:
