Miles, 
Now can you add a thing that runs the celery workers? I'm not entirely sure how to help you help me with this. 
In docker-compose I use `celery -A tecken.celery:app worker -l info` as you can see here: https://github.com/mozilla-services/tecken/blob/ef082f277053078f7843a89e99f23ad02f732b58/bin/run#L43-L44

If you want to test it you can make a `curl -X POST https://symbols.dev.mozaws.net/__task_tester__` followed by a `curl https://symbols.dev.mozaws.net/__task_tester__` and it should say "It works!".

Fixed. Since it it now works in dev. 

I have yet to do some work to study the options of the storage of celery jobs etc.
