The error rate seems significantly dropped since 5/7.
In 5/6, the error rate is pretty high - 4.52%[1].
After that, the error rate is average 0.08% (5/7 - 5/20)[2].
Maybe this somehow explained why I just cannot reproduce this bug over past one week.
