Bug 1157709 removed the PlacesUtils.asyncGetBookmarkIds function. It is used in suite/common/bookmarks/browser-places.js.
The changes to /browser/base/content/browser-places.js need to be ported.

I aligned some of the fuction names with the ones in browser to ease further porting. While SeaMonkey doesn't show a star, the bookmark marker is still called "star-button" internally.
