The null module is the first one, it looks like:
<section class="module" id="module-status">
<header id="module-status-header" class="module-header">
...
in show bug. For new-bug, it will look like just the Summary line. (attached example with redacted parts to be removed for new-bug.
The "status" module is the next one from the top. It should have product/component drop downs (but not priority or importance, which should not be settable from new-bug)
