1365626 - Remove MathML view source support

MathML view source support is now available as an add-on:

We could consider removing it from m-c, under the assumption that the usage count is low.

:mconley, as another occasional view source contributor, any opinion on how to proceed here?  Do you agree we should remove it?  Would you prefer to collect telemetry on usage first?

View MathML source from context menu does not work since Nightly 2017-09-08 build, possibly due to bug 1360406.
I do not think the issue is worth to be fixed according this bug's discussion. Is it the right time to remove the feature to avoid confusions?

The in-tree version of View MathML Source appears to have low usage, so it seems
reasonable to remove.  A similar feature is available as an add-on.

In recent months, the in-tree version has actually been broken, which wasn't
noticed for quite a while.  This adds further evidence for removal given the
lack of maintenance and interest in this feature.
