1365777 - Close tab button is move to the right and partly outside of the tab when hovering on Windows

On Windows, close tab button is too big and overflow out of the tab (we can't fully see it). Bug noticed on Windows 7 with both default theme andcompact theme on current nightly.

Actually it seems that the cross is moving to the right when hovering it

And when clicking it, it's even more strange as right part is on the left and left part on the right. See joined screenshot.

When did this break? Is that a hidpi screen? Does this issue reproduce on a clean Firefox profile?

It broke either with yesterday's build or the one of the day before. I'm thinking more about yesterday's.
It's not a HiDPI screen (1280x1024). This was not a "clean" profile, but only one addon (uBlock origin) and not many things changed in the profile nor a very old one.

I won't be able to try this with a clean profile on that same computer before at least two days, but will try if that's still needed. Not clearing the NI for this, I'll try not to forget.

Maybe two more addons actually, Noscript and Disconnect. Nothing doing chrome customizations anyway.

Looking on attachments it's duplicate of bug #1365509,
there is already patch waiting for review.
