The Mozilla BugZilla Helper form behaves very weirdly. After you open it in a
new browser window and click on (for example) Summary line or Description, or
any other, the caret may not appear at all. Sometimes it appears, but wildly off
the form on which you clicked (however, it fixes itself right after you start
typing). Sometimes clicking on a form causes the caret to appear as if you've
already pressed Tab, ie. it's offset from the beginning of the form line.

Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a new Mozilla browser window.
2. Go to http://www.mozilla.org/quality/help/bugzilla-helper.html

I think this problem was fixed, but I can't find the bug #.
