It is reasonably common for me to do an all-platform, no-test try push to ensure something builds, and only after I have that building will I try to run tests. With the current UI, my options are:
1) Make a new push that specifies tests; or
2) Poke at each and every one of the N tests that I want to run.
Neither one is really desirable, the former because it wastes resources, the latter because it wastes my time to click on some dozens of tests.
Treeherder obviously knows what tests each platform can run, could we get something to "enable all tests for this platform"? Even if that's an extra button or so for 30-ish platforms, that would be a lot more convenient in a case like the above than the status quo.
Bug 1272212 might help here if that ever gets fixed. Or maybe add a new "select visible runnable jobs" button in the push header which could select all of the runnable jobs shown, which can be cut down to a certain platform with the filter bar?

We could accomplish this by having the filtering work on "runnable jobs"
