Our Community Participation Guidelines (aka Code of Conduct) have recently been rewritten (see bug 1364268) and are being translated into several additional languages.
Currently the page is a static template in Bedrock but the desire is to maintain this content as markdown files in a separate git repository (https://github.com/mozilla/diversity) in the same way we process external markdown for legal docs.

Would it be possible to just include it in the legal docs repo[0]? It supports l10n and is already setup for use in bedrock.
