Now that Skia is required to build, we need to take another stab at fixing bug 1144632. The idea is not to make it work, but just compile (for now).

Remove hard coded endianess (lets skia configury auto-pick it) and hard compile time blocking for big endian platforms
slightly incomplete, will update with full version
