A reftest for Bug 1339629 is triggering this assert http://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/source/xpcom/base/nsTraceRefcnt.cpp#432, according to this log https://treeherder.mozilla.org/logviewer.html#?job_id=101431640&repo=try&lineNumber=6693. This may be because the reference counter believes that CSSSupportsRule and dom::CSSSupportsRule are the same type.
