Reproducible: always Steps to reproduce: 1. Make sure user/password of https://bugzilla.mozilla.org is in password manager. and master password is set. not logged in the site. 2. Open https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/query.cgi Actual Results: Master password dialog pops up. However, no user/password input fields. (they are hidden). Expected Results: Master password dialog should not pop up until you unhide the fields.
I doubt this is actionable. "Hidden" is a very flexible term (out of viewport?) and websites are very creative when it comes to hiding things IME.
