This is probably just a signature change; we recently changed the code for condition variables and mutexes on Windows. Looks like shutdown hang in networking code, I'll find the appropriate duplicate bug.

This is a shutdown hang in nsUrlClassifierDBService::Shutdown, I'd suggest filing a new bug with a more complete signature.
