Steps to reproduce:

I used the eyedropper from the devtools to pick a colour from a webpage. It doesn't matter what website, any will do.


Actual results:

The eyedropper moves around at max 2fps in my case, and seems to slow down as I move the mouse faster.


Expected results:

I'm running a very fast machine, so there's no reason for the eyedropper to move around at anything below 60fps.
