In bug 1364068 we enabled the 'new-profile' ping, which is eventually sent on shutdown with the pingsender if it wasn't sent before. However this confuses valgrind: to work around this we disabled the feature on valgrind jobs.

This bug is about turning it back on when valgrind can successfully deal with showing symbols after dlclose is called or the pingsender is re-written in Rust.
