We're verifying the Chain of Trust for windows signing on `date` now; this will be broken until a) this lands in https://github.com/mozilla-releng/cot-gpg-keys , and b) I add some generic worker chain of trust verification logic in scriptworker. I'll file a separate bug for (b).

Rob, I know this has been on your radar to get automated within OCC, but in the meantime, would we be able to manually get some keys into that repo so they can test chain of trust work?
