We need to start observing the pref for composing messages using HTML vs. plain
text. In 5.0, this pref is stored in alecf's multiple accounts settings.

Is it possible to get this for B1? I'd like people to be able to compose in HTML
or plain text. It's an important feature of multiple accounts, and it would buy
us some testing coverage on the plain text editor.

If you change the compose HTML value into Message Identidy prefs, the
next message you compose will pick the new value.

Can't try on the Mac until bug# 14146 is fixed, the zombie bug.
