Environment: 
Device: Nexus 9 (Android 7.1.1);
Build: Nightly 55.0a1 (2017-05-31);

Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch CustomTab Activity;
3. Tap on the tree dots to open the Menu;
4. Rotate the device from portrait mode into landscape mode.

Expected result:
 The menu is displayed in the right side of the screen.

Actual result:
 The menu is not displayed in the right position.

Sorina, can you confirm if you can still reproduce this? I'm unable to repro on any device I have, but I don't have a Nexus 9 (or any other tablet, for that matter) to test with.

Confirming that this issue is still reproducible. Tested with Asus ZenPad 8 (Android 6.0.1) on latest Nightly build.
