Details

Current Behaviour: Open a new tab by middle-clicking on a link, that leads to a document Mozilla can't handle itself (e.g. a PDF file) -> A new tab named "Untitled" is created *AND* the dialog pops ups asking whether to open the file with an application (e.g. AcroRead) or save it. After closing the dialog (and either saving the PDF or spawning AcroRead), the empty tab remains there. If you download a bunch of files this way, you are left with a bunch of empty tabs. Therefore I suggest to not open those tabs (after the http-channel has determined that Mozilla can't handle the document itself) *OR* to close those tabs when the helper app dialog is dismissed.
