launch mozilla
open a message compose window
close window
open a 2nd message compose window

expected:
- window should fully render

actual:
- bottom status bar of window is not drawn (remains white). requires a resize to
draw it.

doesn't matter if double buffering is on or off. haven't tested on os9

I see this worse now on Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US;
rv:0.9.9+) Gecko/20020419

The mail compose window comes up with a frame, the body contains whatever is in
the window behind it, moving it moves a copy of what was behind it, and resizing
it doesn't make it draw correctly.  Only way to compose an email when it gets
like this is to quit Moz completely and restart it.

Pretty major.

More info:

The compose window title has the subject of the email that was previously sent
(when simply hitting the compose button which should start with no subject). 
Looks like something isn't getting destroyed after the previous email is sent,
or something isn't getting initialised properly for the new email.

Even more interesting, leaving the unrendered compose window open allows one to
properly compose a new email.  Then one can close the unrendered window and it
all works OK again.

i don't believe these are the same. i was seeing the widnow not fully render,
but nothing about it not working or getting errors. i think it's a drawing issues.

Discussed at mail news bug meeting.  Comments seem to imply bug no longer
exists.  Resolving WFM. Please reopen if you believe otherwise.
