This bug covers the creation of a dashboard to visualize the real-time data set, covering these key results from the Q2 mission control OKRs: * The first level view should display a summary of the health (good/bad) of the collected measurements, based on a per measurement definition of health (e.g. within certain thresholds). * A second level view displays individual measurements over time, where time can be either run-time or build-time to capture external changes (e.g. Facebook using a new feature which makes FF slow) and internal ones (e.g. a code regression). * Measurements can be faceted or filtered by a set of dimensions (e.g. channel, e10s, OS) in order to identify critical segments. The implementation will be available on github here: https://github.com/mozilla/missioncontrol We will mark this bug as "fixed" when we feel that there is a satisfactory MVP covering the above functionality, hopefully by the end of Q2 2017 if not sooner.
