STR:
1. Open https://jsfiddle.net/jib1/ttp629vo/12/ and share cam+mic.
2. Tick the checkbox on, and observe that video appears.
3. Tick the checkbox off.
4. Wait 5 seconds.
Expected result: Video should disappear immediately.
Actual result: Video disappears after 3-5 seconds.
AFAIK this leaves web devs with no immediate way to detect removal tracks remotely. I don't know if this is a regression, I suspect not.
If there's a workaround, please let me know, as I'm writing a blog on the subject.
