Intermittent TC Windows noopt mozmake
.EXE: *** [symbolsfullarchive] Error 1 | mozmake .EXE: *** [automation/buildsymbols] Error 2 during symbols packaging

Entirely possible this was of the same root cause as bug 1364651.
Do we want to be spending time dumping/packing symbols for noopt builds?
(In reply to Chris Manchester (:chmanchester) from comment #4) > Do we want to be spending time dumping/packing symbols for noopt builds? My snap reaction is that we do not. We're not using those symbols for anything and we're not running tests.
