This is really bad, linux build 2002 04 11 08. Right click on any bookmark in the personal toolbar, select delete with the context menu. see the bookmark manager... No personal folder anymore...

If you select the properties in the CM for a bookmark in the PT, you get the properties for the Personal Toolbar as well.
sounds like a duplicate of bug 92380. Did you have anything selected in sidebar at the time?
