Devices: 
 - Nexus 5 (Android 6.0.1);
 - Nexus 6 (Android 7.0);
 - Oneplus Two (Android 6.0.1).


Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Fennec and go to Settings > Sign In;
2. Create a fresh account/Sign In with an existing account;
3. When the remember passwords popup appears tap on Remember. 

Expected result:
 The password should be saved and no additional popups should appear.

Actual result:
 The SavePassword - Promote Sync is also triggered. This should not happen as the user just created/signed in with an account.

P2 for we won't be using this use case in 55 beta.
This is a valid UX concern and we created this bindings for testing only.
In the future when we want to ship anything it requires both UX and QA process.
