Client will not minimize. Once minimized, it instantaneously pops back up into a
smaller window size.

I've run nortons on it to see if it had problems, but had no luck. I tried a
fresh install on this system, and on other systems and it had the same results.
I've also redownloaded the same build, and it has the same results.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Surf to any web site. Including this one.
2. Minimize the window using the minus tab in the top right of screen.
3. It will minimize, then pop back up in a smaller window.

Actual Results:  I could not minimize the screen unless hitting window-key + D
to show my desktop.

Expected Results:  Mozilla should have minimized to the windows 98 task bar.

seems to be a dup of bug 120155 , the patch for this has been backed out because
of two major regressions
