Details

Like we did in Bug 1356405 I would like to create a new role "project:releng:services/develop/releng" with specific user "Connor Sheehan <csheehan@mozilla.com>" in it. He is a not a member of releng ldap group but it is working on releng projects. That is why we need to add him individually. I already went ahead and and created that roles with needed scopes, but I need Connor to be "assume" this new role.
