URLs entered into the location bar are not loaded, even after the enter key is
pressed.
Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Type URL into location bar at top of browser window.
2. Press Enter.
Actual Results: New URL is not loaded - animated gif remains still, and no
error is returned.
Expected Results: New URL is loaded.
This bug only occurs occasionally, although I think I've come across it on a
number of machines (all win2k?). It would cause much frustration for novice
users. It is only intermittent (once or twice a day for me as an active user),
but it is, IMHO, serious (although possibly not serious enough to warrant a
'Major' severity.
