When you load a page with frames and click on Print Preview, the browser freezes

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the browser
2. On the URL type
http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?url=/library/en-us/dnmag00/html/GCI.asp

3. After the page is loaded Go to File - > Print Preview

Actual Results:  Browser Freezes

Expected Results:  To see the Print Preview page
