Details

To reproduce:

1) Select a local folder with no msf file but room to compact -summary file starts
rebuilding.
2) Now either right click Compact This Folder or File |Compact Folders.

Expected : The local folder will be compacted after summary file is built.

Actual : The local folder is not compacted.

I see this too.
sorry for the spam.  making bugzilla reflect reality as I'm not working on these bugs.  filter on FOOBARCHEESE to remove these in bulk.

this still reproduces, but only after starting TB offline (having deleted the .msf while it's down) or deleting .msf while it's up.  starting in online mode rebuilds .msf upon startup.

probably several other bugs are dupes or related
