Details

Countries that were split from `other` from the Churn dataset are currently viewed with 100% retention on the week of 20170416. This is related to the backfill that was performed in bug 1369236 that retroactively applied the patched fulfilled in bug 1363841. Either the data spike should be annotated with the patch, or the dataset should be backfilled to account for the new countries.

There is no need to resolve the spike, since it's reflective of the data at this point, but with a few countries split out.
