Details
Users should be able to have multiple email addresses associated with their account.
Additional email addresses:
1) Cannot be used for logging in.
2) Carry two bits of metadata: verified (with the usual definition, e.g. send a token and get a response) and preferred.
2) Preferred means that bugmail may be sent to the address.
