Details

Confirm dialog "The site <> wants to modify an existing cookie.
Do you want to allow it?" becomes blank if you drag an link before
the dialog appears.

Steps to reproduce:
(1) Click a link to a site which sends/receives cookie.
ex. <http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/query.cgi>

(2) Drag a link before the loading finishes.

Actual result: Confirm dialog appears as blank dialog.

Expected result: The dialog appears as usual.

WFM on Firefox/2007021004-trunk/WinXP.

1. open in tabs, two site which sends/receives cookie.
2. click right on hide tab, and click "Reload Tab".
3. drag a link on front tab.
4. dose not appears as dialog.
5. if drop a link, appears as dialog.

I cannot reproduce too.
