Try runs with mediapipeline_unittest enabled on Windows seem unstable; I see crashes in unrelated tests which I'm guessing are due to running these tests.
It was never run on Windows in the past, so I'm filing a follow up bug rather than blocking Bug 1319489 on getting them working.

Try run here: https://treeherder.mozilla.org/#/jobs?repo=try&revision=ff7a6ae288d446afd402c9f3b9d4de42a41b1c75, looks pretty stable to me.
