Attachment: comparison between menus

Steps to reproduce:
  1. open 56.0a1 (2017-06-16) (64-bit) on macOS
  2. open hamburger menu

Actual result:
  the text is small, especially shortcut key text is too small

Expected result:
  it uses the same font size as menu at the top of the scree.

Stephen, thoughts?

Note that the font size is exactly the same as it was pre-photon (where we did/do the same in e.g. the history or developer tools panels), so I don't think this needs to block.

I mean, this too is the same as it was before... It sounds like you think the text is not legible the way it is currently presented. *If* we want to change something here, I expect we'll change it once (to be more legible), by changing the size, or the color, or both - but it doesn't seem like it will be useful to have 2 bugs for what is, at its core, one issue: the legibility of the text.

I don't think there is anything we want to change here. It's bonus text, and it's slightly reduced in size to make more space available to the main label.
