As part of release automation we have email notifications coming through. However, we often need to cancel release graphs and end up with 1000+ "Exception" sort-of-emails in our inboxes. Would be nice to tweak the logic to only send emails for non-expired and non-canceled scenarios. Bug 1425571 moved us from pulse-notify to taskcluster-notify for 59.0 and above. This issue is still present though, and I opened https://github.com/taskcluster/taskcluster-notify/issues/23 to discuss a solution.

AFAIK we killed automation emails altogether, hence this bug outlived its usefulness. Feel free to reopn if I'm wrong.
