The following devices need to be decommissioned:

nexus-6p-1
nexus-6p-2
nexus-6-1
nexus-6-2
nexus-4-7

This will lose the following:

nexus-4/android 4.2

all tests on try
twitter-remote for autoland, mozilla-beta, mozilla-central, mozilla-inbound, mozilla-release

nexus-6/android 5.1

all tests on try
Cdm{1..4}, Mdb, Mdm{2..9}, Msk, Mtw, Rov, Rwv on mozilla-central. Mdm1 is already disabled but won't be able to be re-enabled until we reassign a device to it.

nexus-6p/android 6.0

talos tp4m and tsvg on autoland, mozilla-beta, mozilla-central, mozilla-inbound, mozilla-release, try

I'll disable these first, then we can re-allocate later. I expect I will be able to cover some of these at least next week when we update the autophone servers.

decommission nexus-6p-1, nexus-6p-2, nexus-6-1, nexus-6-2, nexus-4-7 replace the nexus-6p-{1,2} with nexus-6p-{8,9} spares.

deployed in stages as the machines completed various long running media tests on try.
existing jobs for the decommissioned devices were cancelled.
