Lists items are copied with a hash mark even if the
bullet or the number is not selected... this is definitely
annoying, in particular if the selected text is a link...
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to http://www.htmlhelp.com/reference/html40/lists/ol.html
2. select and copy "COMPACT (compact display)"
3. paste
Actual Results: You'll see that the pasted text is "# COMPACT (compact display)"
Expected Results: The text should be exacly what I selected, without the hash mark
should have been fixed in bug 133735 - but i still see this in 2002041408, WinXP
(Believe i saw it yesterday on Linux as well)

The substantial difference from bug 133735 is that now the bullet sign is copied
when you copy the line (or part of it) from the first character, while in said
bug the bullet sign appeard even when you copied only a part of the line
starting from any character (in the given example, it used to appear copying
MPACT or display only).
Thus, I think this bug is more acceptable although as noticed it may become
annoying especially in case you are copying an URL from a list.
