Attachment: a panel that suggests Developer Edition in browser console

Steps to reproduce:
  1. open Firefox 55.0b3 (64-bit) on osx
  2. open browser console

Actual result:
  there is a panel that suggests Developer Edition, but the right side of the content gets cut off

Expected result:
  the panel gets wider to make all content visible

Let's leave that for this bug as well until we have clarity on expected behavior for the popup

No, this is only supposed to appear in DevTools; not the browser console.

Harald, what do you think about removing the Dev Edition promo? There are visual bugs like this one and the theming doesn't match the currently applied devtools theme. It's been around since Dev Edition was initially released, and now that Dev Edition is on the beta channel I'm inclined to remove the UI unless if we have data pointing to it's usefulness.

It's a good source but not crucial. We should probably take a fresh look at that tag and update.

I don't think we have this popup anymore
