In bug 1362166 I added a 10s killer timeout in PCompositorManager to kill GPU process when it hangs, but found it frequently times out on try server with quantum render enabled: https://treeherder.mozilla.org/logviewer.html#?job_id=108799281&repo=try&lineNumber=3141 I think we would probably want to figure out why it takes so long.
