In bug 1362166 I added a 10s killer timeout in PCompositorManager to kill GPU process when it hangs, but found it frequently times out on try server with quantum render enabled:

I think we would probably want to figure out why it takes so long.

Try looks great, so I will enable the GPU timeout with WR.
Bug 1382132 might address the problem.
